No Notes

No Notes is a graphic design-cum-professional performance piece that delivers “All the design you can get in one(ish) hour. Satisfaction not guaranteed!” Like its namesake, it’s no notes. You get what you get. For the designers it’s an opportunity to go hard.

While No Notes founder, Eva Claycomb is overseas, we’ve been tasked with caring for the project (and her RISO). How it works is: clients pick two of five available ink colors, delivers all content, pays $100 and doesn’t hear back until we deliver their 50, 11 x 17 inch posters, in a week or less.

In collaboration with David Shields, our year-long residency produced 13 posters—and ended September 2025. Documentation was spotty, however, most posters shared below.
